At Zulu Dairy, we are dedicated to your satisfaction with our authentic A2 desi ghee, crafted in Vpo Kharkhari, Teh Loharu, Distt Bhiwani, Haryana. Our refund policy ensures a transparent and customer-friendly process for eligible orders.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for unopened, unused A2 desi ghee products in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Eligible refunds include damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Due to the perishable nature of our products, opened items are only eligible for refunds if they are defective or not as described.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at lavyanshagrofarms@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the refund, and photos of the product (if applicable). We will provide a return authorization and instructions. For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs; otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For defective or incorrect items, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement product, subject to availability.
Non-Refundable Items
Opened products (unless defective), gift cards, and promotional items are non-refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
